Puncture problems

Purchased a rondo hvrt .. it came with hunt carbon wheels with GP5000 tyres and tubes ..the tyres I couldnt get off punctured couldnt get tyre off.. theres no play in the tyre .. pushed tyre into centre of wheel still no joy.. had phone for a lift.. got home had to cut tyre of the rim didnt want to use metal leavers.. took wheel to chain reaction.. they couldnt get tyre on or off.. this is not practical when you get a punctureshop told me tyre was seated with a machine no wonder I couldnt get it off.Angry

User's recommendation: Put the correct tyre on .. be more manageable..

Package hasn’t arrived

ordered a package with next delivery on saturday of last week at around 2:30 in the afternoon, paid an extra £4.99 for next day delivery and have not received a parcel or any information as to where my parcel is. the tracking has claimed its been out for delivery since sunday of last week and hasnt changed since. sent an email to the customer service a few days ago and my message was blocked for some apparent reason. I want a refund on the next day delivery or a good enough explanation as to why its been so delayed.

Not informed of progress of delivery had to chase up through abismal live chat and was told a replacement was being sent to be then told on my second contact( further wait)!!! That item was out of stock I ordered and paid for item on 27th May and told it had been shipped!!!
