I returned a jacket on December 15th 2022, and I was notified by email that the item was received on December 28th 2022. As yet, I have not received my refund, and you have been uncontactable by phone.

Package hasn’t arrived

ordered a package with next delivery on saturday of last week at around 2:30 in the afternoon, paid an extra £4.99 for next day delivery and have not received a parcel or any information as to where my parcel is. the tracking has claimed its been out for delivery since sunday of last week and hasnt changed since. sent an email to the customer service a few days ago and my message was blocked for some apparent reason. I want a refund on the next day delivery or a good enough explanation as to why its been so delayed.

Not informed of progress of delivery had to chase up through abismal live chat and was told a replacement was being sent to be then told on my second contact( further wait)!!! That item was out of stock I ordered and paid for item on 27th May and told it had been shipped!!!

- Update: I finally figured out to use a Windows 7 computer. Problem solved concerning their website functionality. The retrun / replacement process took several weeks, but the size shoe I needed was finally delivered.

This company has created a return policy that is obviously fraudulent. They march you through the steps to create a return label, but the online form fails just before the label is created. They first claim the fault lies with you and your computer/browser, then finally admit they are having technical difficulties. After two months of waiting for them to fix these supposed technical difficulties I have given up. I am stuck with a very expensive pair of shoes that don't fit me. Did I receive the product I ordered? Yes. Do they honor their return policy? No. I have really tried to work out a solution, but they seem more and more like scammers every time customer service replies. This bicycle shop gives all bicycle vendors a bad name.
